I’ve read that this is caused because while we sleep our body performs different activities, some may be related to the restoration/strength of our immune System. Just as mentioned in the article, in mammals sleeping has an active role for creating disease-fighting cells. I really enjoy sleeping eight hours, its nice that it is healthy. thanks for sharing.
